Shopping Procedure
  • You may calculate your "shipping fee" during checkout, and cancel the order any time before placing the order.
  • After the order is placed, you may look up the delivery status on the order details webpage. If any modification is required for the quantity or items, you may cancel the order on the order details webpage.
  • Once the order has entered the delivery process, it cannot be canceled. Please return the order according to return procedures.
  • Deliveries will be made on the following business day if it falls on Sundays or any national holidays. (In the event of natural disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes or floods, appropriate measures will be taken accordingly).
  • An email notification will be sent to you after the product is delivered.
Shipping Fee

Upon checkout, the system will automatically calculate the shipping fee according to the order's grossweight and delivery address.

The calculation is as follows:
For products (packaging included) of Length x Width x Height (cm) / 5000 > Actual Weight (kg), weight is counted as Length x Width x Height (cm) / 5000.

※ Gross weight of each shipment is calculated on per 0.5kg basis (e.g.Gross weight< 0.5 kg is counted as 0.5 kg; less than 1kg is counted as 1kg, etc.).

※ Product price and shipping are calculated in NTD (USD in English version). Your actual paymentwill be calculated based on the daily exchange rate; please refer to E. Sun Bank for current exchange rate.

About Shipping
  • After the order completion, within 5-10 days starting from the following day (with the exception of outlying islands and rural areas), the store will ship the products through regular home delivery.
  • As customs regulations vary for each country, the buyer is responsible for tariffs required by local customs or extra shipping fee to rural areas (if any).
Shipping Coverage
  • Domestic Delivery: Taiwan Island, certain regions in Penghu, certain regions in Kinmen (main island, Lieyu), Xiaoliuqiu, all of Matsu Islands, Green Island.
    The following areas are excluded: Lanyu, Penghu (Wangan Township, Cimei Township, Table Island, Tungpan Island, Daiso Island, Yuanbei Island, Cho Island, Jibei Island), Kinmen (Wuqiu Township (Dadan Island, Erdan Island))
  • International Delivery: America, Europe, Oceana, China, Northeast Asia, Southeast Asia, India, etc.
About Tariffs
  • Tariffs regulation may differ among countries. When the order is delivered to the importing country, the country will impose tariffs according to the product type and price. This tariff is independent of the delivery method (It is possible to be charged a tariff with any delivery service including DHL, UPS, and normal airmail, etc.).
  • Subject to local customs regulation, customs may inspect the package by random selection as well as determine if the product should be charged a tariff or duty-free. The recipient shall be charged accordingly.
  • To avoid any issues with the local customs, please declare actual order price, and ask your foreign dispatcher to verify and ship the package with the appropriate method based on their professional knowledge.
  • Tariffs and consumer tax may be imposed on the product according to each country's customs regulation. If the product is inspected, relevant fees will be covered by the recipient. If the recipient does not wish to pick up the order, fees or costs incurred from disposing the products and returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Foreign orders are duty-free and the delivery order serves as proof of the purchase without the need for an invoice.

Return/Replacement Procedure
About Returns/Replacements
  • For the buyers of this website, all products are allowed a 10-day inspection period but not a free trial period.The ten-day period starts from the day after the product is delivered (holidays included)
  • The returned product must be completely new and intact in its packaging (along with the main body, film, accessories, internal and external packaging, and all attachments). If the cardboard box is missing, please repackage the product. Do not directly affix the delivery sheet on the original packaging or external box. The company reserves the right to withhold the full refund if the original box or packaging is damaged, or if the above criteria are not met.
  • Only defective products areallowed replacements. Each single order is allowed a return/replacement service once .
Shipping Responsibilities

If the product is returnable/replaceable, the customer has the option to select the appropriate return delivery method (post, freight, home delivery, etc.);

the shipping fees as well as any associated international taxes shall be borne by the customer.

About Invoices
  • Foreign orders are duty-free and the delivery order serves as proof of the purchase without the need for an invoice.
Full Return/Replacement Criteria
The return/replacement criteria are listed below:
  • The product must be returned/replaced within 10 days after the purchase.
  • The accessories of the package are incomplete, defective or damaged.
  • An error in the process resulting ina wrong delivery or a mismatch with the order.
  • Please keep the product intact and without damages made on purpose.
  • The customer is required to fill out a return/replacement form and mail it along with the product to the Company's address.
  • Please verify that the product and the external packaging (if any) are brand new before its returning. To avoid any process delays, please pack your return product, and send it along with the certificate of returns and allowances to the Company.
  • The Company will verify the product after its arrival. The refund process will begin as soon as the product and relevant documents are verified.
Refund Method
Credit Card Payment Online
  • The amount will be directly refunded to the credit card account processed during the transaction. Please refer toyour recent credit card bills and contact the card-issuing bank for the actual refund date.
  • After the Company received and verified the returned product and invoice (certain returns require the certificate of sales allowances), the customer will receive the refund within 7 business days.
  • Please note that the refund may incur a transaction fee(deponding on the bank).

After the refund process is completed, the customer will be notified by email. Please pay close attention to the amount in the relevant statements or accounts.

Repairs & Warranty
Warranty Method Non man-made issues will receive free warranty servicesfor one year except for consumables, while a repair fee will beimposed for issues caused by man-made factors. To protect your rights, please read the Membership Service Terms.

We ask buyers to send a notification mail for products in need of repairs beyond the warranty period. We will obtain a quote with relevant companies and then inform the buyers.
